About EPI Techno

EPI Techno is a comprehensive mobile store performance management platform built specifically for multi-location retail operations in the wireless and telecom industry. It streamlines how district managers, store managers, and sales representatives track real-time metrics, monitor quota attainment, and coordinate supply ordering across entire districts spanning multiple states and markets.

The app is designed for retail organizations that operate across multiple states, markets, and submarkets. District managers use it to oversee store-level performance, trainers use it to track quarterly market-based results, and store managers rely on it for daily operations including time and attendance tracking with GPS verification, supply and accessory ordering with budget controls, and employee performance index (EPI) scoring. Sales representatives benefit from automated quota monitoring, schedule visibility, and a built-in group chat system for team communication.

EPI Techno is built by a dedicated team focused on solving the operational challenges of multi-state retail management. The platform combines real-time data aggregation, automated workflow triggers, and role-based access controls to ensure every team member from store reps to district managers has exactly the information they need. Our mission is to eliminate the friction of spreadsheets, manual reporting, and disconnected systems by providing a single, mobile-first tool that keeps entire districts aligned and performing at their best.
